Cotton poplin is the perfect material for a beginner to use. It doesn't move and is easy to sew with. Try making some Tilly and the Buttons Jaimie pyjamas. Once you've made one, you'll just want to make more!

All of our dressmaking fabrics are sold in half metre increments, if you would like a metre add 2 in the quantity (and so on).  Orders of more than 1 will be cut in a continuous length unless requested otherwise.

We do our best to get accurate images of all of our fabrics, but due to varying monitor screens colours may differ . If you are unsure about the colour, weight or scale of the fabric it would be a good idea to request a fabric sample.

Washing Instructions – Manufacturer says: 40 degree machine wash. Medium tumble-dry. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
