Despatch Times

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 3 days of it being placed. Please note that at busy time such as Christmas and Bank Holidays it may take longer to send your order. If there is to be a delay in despatch, you will be contacted by email.

Please allow 10 days for your package to arrive before contacting us.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate dependant on your total basket value.

From August 2024, all parcels will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class without tracking. If your order is particularly heavy (in excess of 2kg) it may be sent by courier. During postal strikes or at busy times, your order may be sent by courier to ensure delivery.
