Refund policy

At Lucy Locket Fabrics, we hope you love your purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied please return your items unopened, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item was sent to you in error.

As fabrics are cut to order they are non-returnable.

We are unable to give refunds on gift cards, remnants or sale items.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or has a fault, please get in touch via email to Lucy at lucy@lucylocketfabrics.co.uk within 48hrs of delivery to arrange a return for refund/exchange.

All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
